The government has spent years taking away your rights, one small piece at a time. They’ve made the rules so confusing that people don’t stand a chance on their own. Today, the system prioritizes speed over fairness. We see it every day: people sitting in jail simply because they can’t afford bail, or innocent people being pressured to "just plead guilty" to avoid a harsher sentence.
I didn’t become a lawyer to help the government win. I became a lawyer to do what’s right.
My sense of justice is simple: If you didn’t do it or the government can’t prove it, you should go home. I don't care what 'tricks' the prosecution tries to use.
(December 2025 Update) In a recent case, our client was falsely accused of a sex crime due to a custody battle. He was looking at 25+ years in prison for something he didn't do. We got his case dismissed by meticulously examining every statement, every police report, and every piece of evidence until we found the undeniable truth.
I will never forget the moment his case was dismissed. We stood there in total silence for what felt like a few minutes. He took one deep, life-changing breath as his wife came running toward him, embracing him and sobbing with relief. That day, justice was not just a meaningless word; it was a husband and father going home to his family, where he belonged.
The Microscope Method
I look at their accusations, every piece of evidence under a microscope, and think of every possible angle to fight back because with the odds stacked against us, there is no other option.
VIDEO AUDIT
We watch every second of police video and compare it to every single word in their report to catch their mistakes and discrepancies.
FORENSIC SCRUTINY
Every link in the "chain of custody" is scrutinized to find a weak link. We use scientific principles to challenge pseudo-scientific narratives and weak scientific links (including toxicology reports, DNA results, CSAAS, drug labs, etc.).
WITNESS ANALYSIS
We break apart "witness" statements and investigate the government's witnesses to test the strength and reliability of their accusations. After successfully handling 1000s of cases, we know that finding these weak points is the only effective way to break their case.
